Payment
We accept a range of secure payment options through Stripe, including major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other local payment methods where available. Our goal is to make your checkout experience as convenient and secure as possible.

Shipping
We currently ship to Ireland, the UK, and select European countries, including:
• Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
• Ireland & Northern Ireland: €4, with next-day delivery once dispatched.
• UK & Europe: €5 flat rate, delivery in 3–7 business days after dispatch. Irish VAT refunded on orders over €150 for UK.
• United States: €10 flat rate, delivery in 7–14 business days after dispatch (customs fees may apply — Irish VAT refunded after processing).
• Canada: €12 flat rate, delivery in 7–14 business days after dispatch (customs fees may apply — Irish VAT refunded after processing).
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders over €100.

Orders under £150 (such as spare parts or accessories):
No customs fees apply.
Orders over £150 (such as breast pumps):
An Post will ask you to pay 20 % UK VAT before they hand your parcel to Royal Mail UK. Because we want UK customers to pay exactly the same total price as shoppers in the rest of Europe, we automatically refund that VAT amount as soon as you place your order. You’ll see the refund credited back to your original payment method within a few working days, often before your parcel even lands in the UK.
• No customs duties – our pumps ship from Ireland, so only VAT applies.
• Price-parity promise – our instant refund cancels out the VAT you pay, keeping your net cost identical to EU customers.
• Nothing extra to claim – you don’t need to send us receipts; we trigger the refund the moment your checkout is complete.

We offer Express Shipping to all our locations. Every order is shipped with full tracking, ensuring you can monitor your package from dispatch to delivery.
Free express shipping is available for orders over €100 within our service regions.

Europe: No additional fees are due if you’re based in Europe.
United Kingdom
• Orders up to €160: No VAT, customs fees or import duties—nothing extra to pay.
• Orders over €160: An Post will ask you to pay 20 % UK VAT before your parcel is released. We automatically refund that same VAT amount the moment you place your order, so your net cost is identical to what our European customers pay.
• No customs duties apply, regardless of order value.

Yes, imani breast pumps come with a two-year warranty covering any manufacturer defects. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact our support team with your order details, and we’ll verify your order and send a confirmation.
If your product is unopened and unused, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please note that all shipping costs related to this process are the customer’s responsibility. Contact us to begin the process. Once the box seal is broken, items can’t be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
