Shipping
We currently ship to Ireland, the UK, and select European countries, including:
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
We also ship to the United States and Canada, but due to customs regulations, delivery times and processes differ slightly — please read here for full details.
Ireland & Northern Ireland: €4, with next-day delivery once dispatched.
UK & Europe: €5 flat rate, delivery in 3–7 business days after dispatch. Irish VAT refunded on orders over €150 for UK.
United States: €10 flat rate, delivery in 7–14 business days after dispatch (customs fees may apply — Irish VAT refunded after processing).
Canada: €12 flat rate, delivery in 7–14 business days after dispatch (customs fees may apply — Irish VAT refunded after processing).

Yes, because we are based in Ireland, Royal Mail will ask you to pay 20 % UK VAT before they hand over your parcel. Because we want UK customers to pay exactly the same total price as shoppers in the rest of Europe, we automatically refund that VAT amount as soon as you place your order. You’ll see the refund credited back to your original payment method within a few working days, often before your parcel even lands in the UK.
No customs duties – our pumps ship from Ireland, so only VAT applies.
Price-parity promise – our instant refund cancels out the VAT you pay to Royal Mail, keeping your net cost identical to EU customers.

Europe: No additional fees are due if you’re based in Europe.
United Kingdom
Orders up to €160: No VAT, customs fees or import duties—nothing extra to pay.
Orders over €160: Royal Mail will ask you to pay 20 % UK VAT before they deliver your parcel. We automatically refund that same VAT amount the moment you place your order, so your net cost is identical to what our European customers pay.
No customs duties apply, regardless of order value.
United States & Canada
Orders may be subject to local import taxes or customs fees under each country’s rules. However, we refund the full 23% Irish VAT once your order is processed, which in almost all cases completely covers any import charges, meaning your final cost ends up lower than the listed website price.

If your package is delayed or tracking information is unavailable within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our Customer Support team, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact our support team with your order details, and we’ll verify your order and send a confirmation.
If your product is unopened and unused, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please note that all shipping costs related to this process are the customer’s responsibility. Contact us to begin the process. Once the box seal is broken, items can’t be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
