Shipping to the United States

Due to recent changes introduced by the U.S. government in 2025 (the removal of the de minimis exemption), all parcels entering the U.S. are now subject to import duties, taxes, and customs checks, regardless of order value. While this has made international deliveries a little more complex, we’re doing everything we can to make the process as smooth as possible for you.

What to expect

• Delivery timeframe: Estimated 7–14 business days, but this can vary depending on customs clearance in the U.S.

• Import duties & taxes: These are set by U.S. Customs and are payable by the receiver when your parcel arrives. Unfortunately, these costs are outside our control.

• VAT refunds: All prices on our website include Irish VAT (23%). Because U.S. customers are exempt, this VAT will be refunded to your original payment method once your order has been processed for shipping. In nearly all cases, the Irish VAT refund (23%) will more than cover any U.S. import taxes or customs fees, so your final cost should end up lower than the listed website price.

• Tracking: You’ll receive a full tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

• Warranty: imani pumps include a 2-year warranty for U.S. customers. If any issue arises, our team will assist remotely — if a video or photo clearly confirms a technical fault, we’ll send a replacement pump free of charge. If a fault cannot be clearly established from the video or images provided, the pump will need to be returned to Ireland for assessment, and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
