How to Measure Your Flange Size
Measure Your Nipple: After breastfeeding or pumping, measure the diameter of your nipple tip in millimeters using a ruler.
Add 4mm: Add 4mm to your measurement for a comfortable fit. Example: If your nipple measures 17mm, your flange size will be 21mm.
Choose the Bigger Size: If you’re between sizes, go for the larger option. For example, if your measurement is 19mm, choose the 21mm flange.
